“The representative found a clear design fault with the electric radiator which would have left me continually buying expensive spare parts. He cleverly fixed the radiator so the fault couldn’t reoccur. Thought, care and clever expertise went into fixing the problem. There was also promp action as he realised the need to fix it before the winter set in. The cost was very reasonable. I would only call this company as I’ve not had any other that can in any way match them. I highly recommend the company.”
